Patient program for people with multiple sclerosis
Moja MS
The project is designed for patients with multiple sclerosis to help them identify their symptoms, accept and cope with their diagnosis, and as a monitoring tool for disease activity and progression.
The break in the letter M in the top left corner represents a disruption in the central nervous system, while staying a part of the whole. In the same vein, MS is only one little piece of who the patient is, not a totally invalidating and debilitating disease.
Each pattern stands for a specific area, period, and stage of the disease.
We designed the folders, booklets and leaflets with comprehensive information about this disease. The starter kit is given to patients at the time of diagnosis.
The easy-to-use app is designed to help patients effectively keep track of their disease. Patients enter information about their fatigue every day, which the app then sends to the relevant specialist on a weekly basis. Based on such data, it becomes easier to analyse and manage the disease.
